“圆切线”作为一个民间自发组织的专业、学术、公益的国际课程数学教育论坛，将一如既往地推动国际课程数学教育从业者共同提升教学水平，共享数学教学优质资源。
The “Tangent” is a non-profit platform that focuses on professional issues related to International Mathematics Education. Each year, it gathers International Mathematics Educators in China to discuss on professional academic matters, and to share on best teaching practices as well as teaching resources.
第三届“圆切线”国际数学课程教育论坛将于2019年5月25日在上海新加坡外籍人员子女学校举办，欢迎国际教育数学从业者一起探讨交流。
The “Tangent” will run its 3rd International Mathematics Education Forum on 25th May 2019 in Shanghai Singapore International School. All International Educators are welcome to exchange latest ideas and issues pertaining to international Mathematics Education in China.

各分会场主持嘉宾的候选申请（2019年4月20日截止）：
如果有意向申请成为讨论式分享的某个分会场的主持嘉宾，请提交以下材料：
符合分会场论坛主题的组织方案；
符合分会场论坛主题的分享资料；
符合分会场论坛主题的其他资料。
各分会场主持嘉宾的审阅过程：
论坛的筹备组将组织专门的审阅会，对所有收到的候选材料进行审阅。
通过审阅会的相关候选人将获得第二轮面试（或电话面试）的机会。
最终的结果将于2019年5月6日左右公布（原则上每个分会场将有1位主持嘉宾。如有特殊情况，将特别说明）。
